Stephen is a leader in our Supply Chain practice.

Stephen brings 34 years of expertise in Global Logistics, Grocery, General Merchandise, eCommerce execution, Fashion, Reverse Logistics, CPG and new building start-ups.

Prior to joining TPG, Stephen worked across many Supply Chain platforms including his most recent role as Senior Vice President Global Logistics at SharkNinja. During his tenure, Stephen was able to support incredible growth – 40% while consolidating supply chain operations, decreasing 3PL partners in North America, leveraging ocean freight partners and reducing transportation expense by $20M and building out a best in class leadership team. Prior to this role, Stephen spent 30 years at Walmart, the last 4 years were spent supporting the Reverse network which consisted of six Return Centers and two IT facilities.
