Jason West is a leader in TPG’s Marketing and Customer Development practices. His focus is P&L growth & training.

He has driven client P&L growth, including both cost-out / value engineering as well as Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Price Architecture. His RGM projects typically deliver 4-14% savings in trade spending w/ negligible impact on volume.

In training, Jason focuses on high-engagement training driving true behavior change and immediate results.  He has trained over 3,000 people/days, leveraging a combination of Instructor-led, Virtual-instructor-lead, and e-Learning.  Growth topics include eCom/Omni for 400+, Marketing Briefs/Adv/Packaging for 500+, Storytelling for 300+, and Dynamic Delivery for 200+. 

Before joining TPG, Jason held leadership roles at P&G, Heinz, and Tabasco, including leading marketing (CMO Heinz N. America, CMO Tabasco) and marketing/sales/R&D (Commercial Executive Heinz S. Africa).
