Fernando has extensive knowledge, skills and International experience, mostly in Latin America, that enables clients to drive the assessment, design, and implementation of Manufacturer Best Practices, and quickly seize profitable top-line growth. Consulting for major LatAm CPG companies, his work includes the relaunch of the trade channels multifunctional strategy, comprising a major organization transformation, and the deployment of Category Leadership for global brands.
Before joining TPG, Fernando held LatAm director and project management roles at Diageo and Procter & Gamble, focused on Sales capability development, change management and functional leadership.
