Erik has extensive experience delivering successfully growth strategies, business transformations and cultural change through his 25+ years experience in the tobacco and chocolate industry. Erik has worked in numerous Asian and Middle Eastern markets in Commercial VP and CEO roles for British American Tobacco. In addition, Erik is also an Executive Coach/Mentor and conducts leadership and emotional intelligence training.
