Don Bechtel is a Partner at TPG. Don advises primarily in North America (USA & Canada) for CPG companies and retailers.

Since joining TPG, Don has advised clients on customer team development and operations, bracket and incentive pricing programs, supply chain visibility initiatives, and transportation optimization. His leadership experience with Procter and Gamble combined with his academic knowledge have enabled him to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Prior to joining TPG, Don had a 33-year career at Procter & Gamble, where he was Director of Customer Service and Logistics for P&G’s global business with Wal-Mart.  He also continues to serve as an Executive in Residence at the University of Arkansas, Sam M. Walton College of Business where he teaches transportation and distribution in the Supply Chain Management Department.
