- Organization Performance Benchmark: Provides client with an overall organization performance benchmark based on a client’s own or use of TPG’s Industry Best Practice functional competencies.
- Customized Organization Assessment &/or Certification: Development, deployment and detailed recommendations for organization testing guided by our Industrial Psychologist led protocols.
- Multi-faceted Assessment & Certification: Development of client-friendly testing available through online, proctored on site testing and/or on the job supervised practicum.
- Gap Identification & Closure: Development of pre and post assessments with a targeted functional curriculum to ensure skill gap closure.
