Client Results
A North American Health and Beauty Company was challenged to meet customer demand due to production performance on some of its key lines. The need to produce key SKUs more frequently required more changeovers and this only added to the problem.
TPG stepped in to build capability of the teams and improve the performance of the production lines. Waste Awareness and Servant Leadership was delivered to all the teams. TPG implemented a maintenance program on the equipment and completed a Rapid Changeover analysis to improve changeover times.
In just 4 months, the changeover time was reduced by 80%. Unplanned downtime on all equipment was reduced resulting in a 30% improvement in throughput.

Our client had poor visibility and clarity to key information, lacked consistent reporting and was underprepared to lead Customer discussions and negotiations.
TPG assessed the dynamics, developed a holistic solution through:
