The Partnering Group is excited to announce that Erin Miller has joined the firm as a Partner. Erin brings unique experience that will allow us to develop our Category Leadership, Shopper Insights and Analytics practices, extending the value we create for Clients from our proven Category Leadership 360 approach.
Erin brings 20 years of CPG experience across manufacturing, brand management and consulting roles. Erin’s most recent experience was at Kantar, where she was a Vice President in the Retail, Sales and Shopper Consulting Practice. There, she led multiple clients across Food, Home and Personal Care categories and led the Organizational Performance practice area for the US. Prior to Kantar, she spent 11 years at Campbell’s where she held various brand management roles across food and beverage brands in center store and the perimeter. She started her career at Procter & Gamble as an engineer in their largest North American manufacturing plant in Mehoopany, PA.
During her CPG tenure Erin has worked across leading brands and categories and most major US and global retail customers to build plans and drive growth by developing capabilities, plans, and strategies based on shopper and consumer insights. Her specialties include Category Leadership, Shopper Insights and Analytics, and Organizational Performance. Erin will join the Customer Development practice to grow and build our Category Leadership and Shopper Marketing/ insights capabilities with John Craig and Chris Holahan.
