Led by a committee of 30 leading chains and manufacturers, IFMA, in conjunction with The Partnering Group, has championed the development of a new best practice collaboration model in foodservice called the OCM – Operator/Manufacturer Collaboration Model.
IFMA is now offering its second group training of 2015, an industry wide one-day session on how national account operators and manufacturers can improve collaboration between organizations. The training will include:
- First-hand accounts from chain operators on how to “do business”
- A detailed overview on the OCM and how to incorporate it within your organization
- Interactive Operator/Manufacturer segmentation workshops & case studies
