Participants will be exposed to approaches used by companies successful in positioning themselves as thought leaders, and as a consequence, how those companies prospered. They will also learn how to assess their organizational readiness, how to select and collaborate with partner companies, the importance of senior leadership support and how to avoid risks associated with shaping unrealistic expectations
