Jesica Duarte is a 30-year merchandising and marketing executive, with extensive experience in leading teams through significant business and process transformations, leading impactful change with a track record of delivering strong business results. Most of her early career was in classical brand management, later transitioning to a variety of leadership roles in merchandising, leading successful multibillion dollar businesses in both food and general merchandise. 

Before joining TPG, Jesica held various roles major retailers and CPG companies. From Albertsons, Walmart and JC Penney, to MillerCoors, Beam Suntory, and Estée Lauder.
