Since joining TPG, Hans has consulted numerous global CPG clients on delivering bespoke transformational projects. Recent examples include the development of a tailored category vision and growth strategy, the identification and implementation of a new transformative brand and product innovation platform, the delivery of a skills curriculum in category leadership.

Hans is a multilingual, highly credible, and passionate leader, equipped with a track record of business turnaround and category leadership, agile change management, and organizational design in Europe and South-East Asia.

Prior to joining TPG, Hans worked in a variety of global and regional Marketing leadership roles across 50+ countries worldwide, focusing on marketing and commercial strategies.
