Frank is the Chief Executive Officer of The Partnering Group. Currently, he leads large, transformative client engagements, governs TPG and is an active Board Director.

A majority of Frank’s consulting has centered on strategy, commercial growth and organization productivity. Frank has led the firm’s Retail and CPG Commercial Practices and hundreds of client engagements in forty-three countries.  Frank is considered one of the world’s leading commercial and organization design experts and is the principal author of seventeen industry publications.

Before joining TPG, Frank began his career at The Procter & Gamble Company, where he held several marketing and sales positions.
