John works with CPG organizations to deliver accelerated growth, especially in Customer Development, Category Leadership, Trade Strategy and Data & Systems integration. He specializes in customer spending optimization, including process design, implementation, and change management to successfully launch new TPM/TPO systems.

He has  over 25 years of Sales & Brand Management experience, driving growth in a broad range of businesses including Global Brands, $1B Categories, and start-ups.  He has a blend of CPG and Management Consulting experience. 
Prior to TPG John was Managing Director at Kantar Retail, leading their Consulting, Analytics and Shopper Insights Practice.  Prior to that, he held senior marketing positions at Kraft Foods and started his career in sales with General Mills.
