Nancy is a Psychometrician, in both our Retail and Manufacturer Practices.  She primarily advises clients in North America.

Nancy advises clients in the development of competency models and the application of those competencies to all aspects of human resource management.

Since joining TPG, Nancy has worked with hundreds of clients producing transformed organizations with client personnel, developed, trained, and incentivized to achieve outstanding results.

Prior to joining TPG, Nancy served as a Consulting Psychologist with the US Office of Personnel Management.  She holds a Ph.D. in Psychological Measurement from Columbia University.
