The Partnering Group is excited to welcome Matt Nitzberg as a Partner in the Customer Development and Marketing Practices.
Matt brings 30 years of commercial strategy and activation experience from CPG, data and insights, and consulting roles. He has helped hundreds of businesses better understand their shoppers and consumers, build successful strategies and effective go-to-market plans, and accelerate profitable growth. In particular, Matt has been at the forefront of insight-led growth, including path-to-purchase and omnichannel insights and activations, and CPG / retailer collaboration.
Matt’s background includes 12 years at dunnhumby, where he started and led the US CPG business and held additional executive roles, including leading the Global CPG practice and the US Shopper Marketing business. Before joining dunnhumby, Matt held senior commercial roles at IRI, including EVP of the National Accounts team. He also served as VP of Marketing at Borden Foods. Matt started his career at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management. Most recently, he’s focused on driving growth for select early-stage companies, both as a consultant and in executive roles.

Matt is based in Cincinnati, OH and will primarily serve clients in North America.
