Elena is a Partner at The Partnering Group (TPG). While located in Mexico, Elena advises primarily in North America (USA & Canada) and Latin America in Supply Chain for Retail, Distributors, and Industrial Supply Clients.
Since joining TPG, Elena has worked with clients to produce desired measurable results; maximizing operational performance, identifying operational opportunities for improvements in service and cost, and ensuring sustainability. Elena successfully developed and implemented new SOPs, trained, and supported the opening of 4 consolidation centers in USA. She has also developed and implemented SOPs for six Consolidation and Cross Dock Centers in USA & Canada.
Elena has extensive experience in planning and executing projects for Domestic and International markets. People-oriented, hands-on, and collaborative business peer.

Elena brings 18 years of experience from Walmart Mexico and Central America with progressive responsibilities. As a General Manager for Distribution Center Operations and Replenishment for both General Merchandise and Perishable, Elena led teams in these functional areas with over 2,500 associates, servicing all business formats.
